Non-Executive Director

As NED, my role is to champion and challenge the businesses I work with, to be supportive, objective, bring experience, fresh thinking and sometimes simply encouragement. Together with the rest of the Board, we look at the long-term plans for the future of the business whilst keeping an eye on the performance to date. 

We explore ambition, risk, its mitigation, and how to build on success and learn from failure. More typically in this Covid year, we have looked at contingency planning, diversification and opportunity spotting with a view to securing the businesses. In one case we did this whilst preparing the move to an EO model ready for launch in early 2021.
