Coaching Teams

Successful businesses are run by teams that support each other, are diverse in thought, experience and make up, share values, work well together and thrive - even under extreme pressure.

They work on themselves to deliver better and faster for the business and to create lasting and fruitful partnerships with clients, stakeholders, shareholders and their teams. They understand the importance of relationships in delivering results. These are the foundations of a good, strong business. Investing in the health of the team is a prevention rather cure strategy and can save much wasted time and money further down the line. Teams that do this forge better, more lasting relationships because they understand that positivity delivers productivity and commitment.

There is nothing more exciting for a coach than working with a team. It’s entirely unpredictable, liable to change at any moment, and more thrilling as a result. The process often it starts with a simple question or two. Is this a team or a collection of individuals? What are its strengths, fault lines and dreams? A simple diagnostic exercise will reveal so much and that becomes the basis of the working relationship.

The aim is always to enhance the team's productivity and performance by revealing what is actually going on and allowing all voices to be heard. Team coaching sessions are structured around experiential, facilitated conversations designed to be immersive, inclusive, challenging and fun using tools and techniques based on systems thinking and neuroscience.
